Advising

Does your organisation need straight-talking, no nonsense,  jargon-free advice, with improved performance guaranteed? Then we can help!

We enable your team to achieve amazing results together!

Consultancy. The ‘C’ word.

Huge daily rates for someone to tell you what you already know…

… or what they think you want to hear!

Management Consultancy – the same, but at double the price!

Many management consultants do a good job. Which is fine.

But my team and I have different name for what we are and what we do, because we are different.

We are Organisational Advisers.

Our goal is simply to Help Organisations to Perform Better.

Straight-talking, no nonsense, no jargon, just improved performance guaranteed.

We have a proven track record in organisational development and advice, with vast experience ourselves of managing and leading organisations, including at CEO level. We have significant experience also as board members, so we fully understand best practice in governance.

We have worked in the private, public, not-for-profit and statutory sectors.

We have worked in museums, visitor attractions, universities, transport, logistics, transport infrastructure, hotels, food and beverage. But we can analyse successfully any kind of organisation.

This is because we work from the fundamental principle that it is all about the people.

We have published academically on advising and developing organisations.

But more importantly, we have lived and breathed this.

We can help your organisation to perform better – much better – and within months, not years.

We can also advise and help you to set up your organisation from scratch – because we have done this.

We guarantee complete discretion, confidentiality and privacy in all that we do for you.

We are Organisational Advisers.

Our goal is simply to ‘Help Organisations to Perform Better’.

Straight-talking, no nonsense, no jargon, just improved performance guaranteed.
